As the policy analyst in the legislative affairs office of the state legislature I have been given the duty to provide recommendations about the ways to address the juvenile delinquency in the state. In this paper I shall prepare a professional policy memo which will contain the steps, the sources of funding, challenges of implementation for the two suggested recommendations. The paper will also evaluate the success rate of suggested policies.
